Why oh why?;-) Either I need to do something about the settings on my new camera or it´s due to the fact that it doesn´t focus well in low light conditions. I´ll try focusing manually the next time, I think.

The place where you live is amazing ! You are learning to make long exposure photos :) Good colours....but...it still a bit out of focus, why Ann? :)

Dear Annemette, I do hope you are getting better. I am not sure what kind of camera you have --- but my camera saves all of the camera settings for me everywhere ! I am not kidding.. first on the camera, then when I take the image off the camera , this info is transferred with the image to one of several different prorams I use for storage, or editing... so just in-case I think maybe your camera might do this too... it's worth a check. I could never remember to take notes, too many pictures for that , lol !! No need to respond-- most especially if this is just a feature you don't have or care to use...

Thanks, Doyle:-) I´m working on it to improve. After using my new camera once at night, I felt much more familiar with what the shutter and aperture actually does in combination with the other settings. I almost only shoot manual now. I´ve actually always hated anything that involved numbers, and now I don´t feel that resentment whatsoever because I´ve played my way through understanding them at the camera:-)

Yes indeed, the combination of freash seaair, the sound of the waves and the colours of the sky seem almost healing:-)
I haven´t saved my settings this time. Sorryyyyy!

Good to see you back, Marlyce. Although never showing birds, I do know from my parent´s kennel how much time and effort it takes to get animals ready for a show. I hope you had a good time:-)
