Hi,do you know why uf front page is continually populated by old work from non donors, it looks really tired and uninteresting, have been harangueing the troops but no-body seems to give a rats....they don't mind taking the money though! kind regards, david.

Beautiful sunset and a simple but very effective and exellent composition. What distracts me just a little bit are the traffic boards.
But besides that it is a wonderful and very peacefull image of our beautiful Netherland!.
All good, Tycho

This is such a very cool shot!! I am inspired and may have to try my hand at such a shot since my husband was recently employed by a leading company (based in the Netherlands) who manufactures these wind turbines. He's in the field quite often and around them. It's nice to have clean, renewable energy in our world. This one's going in my favs... well done!
For those that use the term "Windmill", technically they are "Wind Turbines" since they do not mill anything. They generate electricity, therefore they are a turbine. ;)

Wonderful sils of the windmill against a very colorful yet calm sunset. This could even be fit in the minimalism project and look how even a minimalist approach can make a composition with brilliant mood of calmness. Tha standstill of the windmill speaks for a feeling of quiteness, so is the wonderful gradient of color at the BG. I want to think time stands here, as still as it can be... Best regards, Bhabesh

Hey Jeroen,
This is a very pretty image ... well composed! May I suggest another name "Solar wind". And to think most people visit your counrty for the older variety of windmills ;o)
