Oh yes, and now i see looking back, the band of light is caused by treelines standing besides the canal .. Peter

Real capture, hardly any adjusting needed .. the shot was taken against the sunlight at 1/4000" .. i only corrected levels and contrast (using curves)

Very well seen and captured, Peter! The lighting reflection is an excellent leadin right to the bridge and pedestrian, and has a nice curve in it as well. A very well composed image.
