You know what, Subhashis, I posted my comment without looking to see which camera you'd used... this is a lesson for me, as some things I suggest to people as improvements would be dependent upon the sophistication of the camera as well as the photographer! I feel a bit stupid, actually... but that's OK, I'm used to it!

tumi thik-i bolecho...Kodak 700 ta diye onek kichui tola jaina thik thak...tobe camera ta amaro khub bhalo lage...

I really like this but if I may I'd like to suggest how it could have been even better... I think slightly more sharpness in the foreground would have helped on the parts of the glasses that go over the ears ( I can't think of a word to describe them, it's driving me mad!) and I wish the highlight wasn't quite so blown out. But the composition is really good and I particularly like the eyelashes!
