Of course story-telling. A merger of past and present. The AC and the eletric wires bring in the modernity in reference. No doubt a lovely piece of art.

This is superb! The color, contrast and detail are remarkable and the overall impression is of a painting by a realist school painter. Wonderful composition and perspective. This is a very impressive picture. --Best to you, Jan

Good comp and overall mood. The dark areas appear 'black'-maybe a little more detail there would have been better.

Nilanjan, Photography is definitely an art form. Hope you don't mind if your form of art inspires another form:) Few days back I thought you posted your best shot ever, and now I am going to change my opinion. This is the one... This composition stands against the time. This composition speaks about the past glories, the rich heritage and abundance, and everything faded away as the time passed by, yet standing tall with the stains and negligence in spite of being faltered and overlooked. If you touch the walls, it is cold, as if not received sunshine for decades. Also a curious mind wants to peep into the window to see what is still going on in there. In a calm night, a distant neighbor will probably listen to some dulcet sounds of melancholic songs coming out of the house (this used to be the cultural side of this city during 1900 to 1950). Your composition kindled my poetic flare out of nowhere. Hence I am not going into the technical aspects. You can say this “A Poetic Justice”! Best, Bhabesh
