Yes, usually you can find compression dry sacks for $10 US online on sale... I have one, but blew it out when overly compressing it... time for a new one for me too! Also keeps the fine dust off as it sits in my dirty backpack.

Just pulled my D80 apart to see if i can get it to dry a little easier....i can see where the water was as it left little dry stream smears on the shiny metal areas....interesting....hope it fixs the power drain problem. Mean while i just VISAed a new body so that I will always have a backup. Plus i now have a body for each fav lens now! oh yeah! Plus i think i will buy one of those kayaking waterproof bags to put the cameras into my pack with for next time. Hope to see some new stuff from you soon. I liked the urban perspective you were posting.

Hi Michael, Yes i am planning to in good time but right now I need to paint coastal images for a one man show in a gallery in Washington state. But first i am going up to Hornby and Jedediah Islands to get some good imagery.

Beautiful scenery between mountains and water here, Tim, and you've captured it very well. Dave.
