For anyone that is interested, this picture was taken from the North West of Downtown, atop the Trinity River Levee. If you cross the river on Hampton or Continental, take the first right that you can take and you will get to Canada Drive. This road follows the levee. I just parked along the road and climbed to the top fo the levee for this shot.
