:))) Txules... This is pure art Sir...
The light, colour and contrast, superb... The detail, so much to see... From the foreground leaves & shadows, even a little piece of blue rubbish far left... Looks like people enjoying the water..., out further to the breakers... Across to the loading docks/dockyards, with cranes and gantry's, and then that heavenly sky...:)))
All viewed from the protective umbrella of that wonderful tree, with it's lichen and breeze playing in the canopy... An invitation to rest a while... even for a bicycle...~~GRIN~~ and that waste basket just makes me smile Sir...:)))

What a fascinating image. The colours and details are really appealing. I'm in two minds about the composition, because I find myself wanting the tree and bicycle to be a little less central - perhaps positioned a little further to the left or right. But of course that may not have been possible if there were distracting elements that you wanted to avoid being captured in the frame.
