Mirek -- A hard hitting and heart wrenching photo of real life and that which so many must suffer.
In the late 1960's while doing two tours in Viet Nam I spent some time in Cambodia. The people were wonderful but the poverty, squalor and health conditions in some parts of the country were profoundly saddening.
The child in your photograph at least has something to eat, and your title is says it all.
