I think, though, it is something not-quite-a-photograph at this point. The original was kind of interesting, but it didn't have any real point, and the contrasts were too low for it to have any dramatic sort of impact.

Hi, James - The shot was taken look up along a kite string into a lovely blue sky with a few fluffy white clouds. I pumped up the contrast a bit and converted to a negative image. The wind is pulling the string into an arc, taking the kite completely out of the frame, and of course the string is vibrating quite quickly, hence the blurriness.
