Hi James.... Yep it does depend on the breed and the health too tho of course... Like for Bella a bull-mastive that would be an average life span...but the smaller the dog the longer the life, plus the health and amount of activity... Charlie here probably has at least 5 more yrs in him :))

Sweet beagleloooking dog and a cute story:-) Dogs do indeed love to go with us in our cars. They hate to be left alone at home when driving somewhere. The car is like a base for many of them:-) Dogbase1*LOL*

Michele I love this candid shot, what can I say that Nicole and the rest of our friends have not already said so much more eloquently than I could. Technically this is an excellent shot, I like the expression and look on Charlie, what is really neat is the scene outside the vehicle, the inside part of the image looks so different from the outside part. I also like the your "about" info. I am a dog lover too, maybe that's why I like this shot so much. Thanks for posting Michele.
