Although a cultivated and not a wild rose it truly is beautiful, Srna. I know what you mean- to walk out in nature or even in a city and suddenly finding a small unknown oasis of trees, flowers, silence. Beautiful light:-)

Your address did not change I know this--- and if you get this message from me--- then You are getting mail thru them. If you go to the home page, there is a section called FAQ ( frequently asked Question) and it tells you what to do there... it happened to me once whjen I moved from Fl. to Or. and I would have to go to my images and check if I had a new message it was a pain...I finally complained the way I am telling you to do- and all was well they were just not up-dated with my new address altho they had been told it wasn't inserted in the right place or some such thing.....
No, no... no people ar not thinking anything badly of YOU dear Srna - so many people travel, and have families that they can't leave much and no one hardly ever spends as much time as me and YOU on UF -ha!!! It's like our social life -- but I don't get replies from many - most actually sometimes for a week....
Try it - if you do not understand I will try to help You -Ok ?

Michele, something is wrong for 3 days ... I do not get from UF comments and critiques from any other UF mamber on my mail and it is very hard to comunicate this way !!!! Cause of that I have not been around much yesterday :( !!!!!

Very interesting composition dear Srna! The metalic bars in white and so the rose have strong contrast with the dark greeny background and makes a unique composition....and emotive I can say...like a love becide the bars? A melancholic mood for me I think, very good that.

My dearest Michele, it was so magnificent moment for me when I saw this beautiful red rose lost and hidden ... looked so lonely and so powerful in all of those shadows, grass, behind that white iron "thing" ... like forgotten by anyone, but soooooo beautiful and proud, ... made me feel really so very calm and peaceful and I am so very happy you found my shot as a very peaceful composition :) !!!
That was my aim and my wish to achieve :) !!!
To share this beauty and feeling with you :)

What a lovely composition my dear Srna.... Perfectly named , 'hidden beauty' too..... 
the sun-light was with YOU on this one my dear Perfectly playing on the leaves of the rose, and the rose hidden so sweetly. I also love the shadow play, and the white iron thing (sorry) in front of the rose tree-- it makes for a very peaceful composition :))
