About When you catch bass you need to know how to fillet them. I start by making a cut behind the gills to the back bone then I turn the knife 90 degrees and slide it all the way down the spine to the tail leaving it attached. Then I seperate the skin from the meat and then remove the rib cage. Then you soak the boneless meat in water for 15 minutes and that removes all the blood and scales. Next is eatem up.
