I love the firelight on the blacksmith'face and the general composition. However, I would probably crop this image to remove some the extraneous and distracing elements int he background. I hope you dont mind, but I have attahced a cropped version.

Gerhard -- Superb use of source lighting. The results are excellent. I find it amusing to see a modern watch on the hand of the blacksmith while he engages in a trade with such time-long techniques. Excellent portrait!
