But My sole aim was to capture the smile. Such a smile cannot be captured if you spend much time planning. You must be really quick!!!
So, whatever you have told is absolutely correct, but for pictures of this type you need to be really lucky to get all things properly keeping your intended subject intact.

Very cute girl and expression. The framing is a bit tight, in that her chin is partly cut off. I like the amount of contrast, but the brightest highlights are clipped, showing no detail in parts of her hair and the collar of her jacket.
I can't help thinking that maybe a slightly lower angle and a different moment, when her mouth isn't fully open, would be a little more flattering to the subject!
