About The Osprey have made a great comeback since DDT was outlawed. There are now numerous nesting pairs near my boat in the Potomac river. The young are just now hatching. During the summer I hope to post photos showing the young birds at various stages as they mature. Many nests are built on top of channel markers. See the photo in the comments.
