Thank you for your comment Gary.This is a moment from the annual procession of Our Lord of the Waters ;a float carrying a crucified Christ who is reputed to bring the necessary spring rains and heal the sick.I just liked the expression on this boy's face which became more intense as I kept him in focus!The surrounding blur,darkening down of the scene and lightening up of his face was all done in Cs3.

Can't help thinking this looks like one of those Orange marching bands from NI, I know it's not. You've been getting an interesting smoothish background blur on your images lately, is this a feature of the lens or something more deliberate?
