I think it's just about right. She a very attractive woman. And I think I'd only slightly alter the red as shown:

I agree, the image is a little warm but I think you may have overdone the cooling down. Somewhere in between would probably be ideal.

I actually only uses ToneUp S3 (www.ToneUpStudio.com) for image processing (I am the author so I guess thats obvious ;)).

Hi Todd, to me the skin tone looks too reddish. I think you may have had your white balance incorrectly set.

You could adjust the skin tone using levels and or curves in Photoshop.

Here is my adjusted take on how I think the image should look (just guess work!).
