About	My NY daughter her two kids and the infamous Cydney at Venice Beach. The kids just had to see the beach while they were here. In NY they are so far North that their closest water is Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River. The ocean sure looks big to these little kids. The reflections are nice on the sand, however if you look closely to the right of the pier is a lighthouse and an American Flag

Dear Marlyce
Good to hear from you again! I am so happy for all of you that you finally got to spend time with each other, and also that you´ll be seing your son this summer! A photo full of memories and happiness.
I´ve always been surrounded by the ocean and fjords, but I can imagine how special it must be for your grandchildren from NY seing the ocean. Something that they´ll treasure and talk about for a long time, I´m sure:-)
