18) California Quail
19) Red-tailed Hawk
20) Red-shouldered Hawk

24) Red-winged Black Bird
25) Western Blue Bird
26) Song Sparrow
27) Great Blue Heron and
28) Bewick's Wren

For a total of 31 species, and most of them can be photograph from the parking lot.
