Yes, I can understand how white egshell could cause exposure problems. Since the subject is the egg instead of its environs, I would have shot most the time at -2 EV.
Honestly, Paul - the exposure was the toughest part about this assignment... I am happy with how this one turned out and I thank you for your comment. :)
