. . . great shots have been well planned and executed . . . or just a lucky coincidental happenings . . . photographers get both but the natural, unplanned wonders are the tougher ones . . . because timing is everything for them. The look, the smile . . . the timing of this whole shot could never be planned or posed . . . it requires a combination of skill to get the clarity and composition . . . and luck to get the wonderful expression.
Good shots seem to 'just happen' a lot more often to photographers . . . who just happen to take more photos and might have a better insight into what might be about to 'just happen'! You had an idea of what you might get . . . to be ready for this shot...and you captured it VERY well!

Partha, that is the way many good shots are created, trust me, I know. And you are right, you don't even know it at the time.
Congratulations on a fine photograph. Though, I must say, it gives me the creeps, as does anything I see in free fall. Just my fear of heights.
