Nice to see you back. Nice partial desaturation (?) For once a vignette/blur filter that works sympathetically with the image presented, instead of the poor wedding photographs (circa 1974!!!). Excellent composition with Mother and Son in the same shot. Detail as usual is excellent. Best wishes.

I was wondering where you had gotten to! A typically powerful image from you. I'm an atheist but I still find religious symbolism of most kinds fascinating as art. I like the way you've got the out of focus areas disappear into a mist and the angle you've chosen really brings out the expression on the face of the virgin.
