Pizazz, more oomph, more kick, a slight improvement, more bang for your buck.
I was born in England, but have spent over 50 years in New Zealand and Australia.
We seem to use a lot of Americanism's in our language these days. I don't approve of it but..everyone now has to learn English because the English are too lazy to learn foreign languages :-)
Still, in the not too distant future we may have to learn Chinese ;-)

A nice portrait and is OK as is but perhaps a little curve adjustment may IMHO give it a little more pizazz.

Excellent portrait, even the lighting wasn't very helpfull for you you get her beautiful face perfectly...even that soft lighting into the shadow was enoouph for the watchers, excellent job...and a beautiful lady...hope the best for you and your wife.
