Thank you very much for the nice and detailed comment, Ahmed! The flowers are a bit overexposed, but indeed, the contast of old walls to flowers is always very nice to have - maybe because of the additional abstract elements, as you say.
So lemme search for some old walls and put some flowers in front of them ;-)

The rusty or paint crapped background adds a nice abstract feel to the image. I like the composition here, with the beautiful flowers in the foreground against the lines of the wall behind.
