i like this photo the way it is, with soft focus! I think this way it shows more, some sort of melting of sensitivity! it reminds me much of Man Ray.
The only thing i would work on would be the background which looks as if the focus was there and not on the subject!
I think you can 'correct' that if you softened it a little with photoshop!
