The frame in my photos are done with "borders". I use Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI. I used to use Adobe Photo Shop Elements and was looking to upgrade from a very old version when I discovered that PSP actually had better features and was more user friendly. You can do the copyright with the "text" tool using either program. Both offer a trail version. Thanks for asking.
