There seems to be a lack of contrast here in my opinion. Altering the contrast (or better still changing the curves) would give that wonderful orange some 'punch'. You may want to consider cloning the gull in the surf as it appears to be geting lost in there and in my opinon does not add to the overall effect of the shot.

This said, a peaceful pleasing composition with great colours. It just needs a little play in a phto editing program to bring it to life!!
