I wish I had color film for this frog. He was the same color as the leaves. I will post another tomorrow with color (different shot) if I can figure out how to color it!
Amy, do you have photoshop on your computer? If so, you might be able to use either the magic wand tool or the magnetic crop tool to highlight the frog, cut him out of the picture and then paste him back in. This will create the frog on a new layer, in which you should be able to go to Image -> Adjust -> Colour Balance and play around until he turns the right shade. It's a bit finicky, but worth it. You might need to scan the picture in as a colour shot, even though it's black and white to make this work.
It was very hard for me to see where the frog was in this shot, so I think anything you can do to help emphasize him will help!
Amy--On this one I think if you can crop some of the leaves and things out and bring the frog a little closer it will pull him out of the leaves and make him more visible. It might mute the leaf he is sitting on, too.
