I do so adore this Lily
I'd adore it in the rain
I would adore it in pain
I'd adore it in the Fall
I would adore it on my wall:)

Weston-like simple and beautiful! the curves and color and sensuousness of this image are powerful and pleasing to MY eye. Did you use the supermacor feature or simple macro. I have been trying to get this close to a flower with C4000 but have not had this kind of luck.

Flowers are adapted, specialized leaves, though most have evolved and elaborated to the point where one forgets this crucial fact about them. Mister Caldwell catches this one, it seems, in the very act of evolving beauty to attract admireres for its own ulterior purposes.
