This is a great example of how recurring patterns and shapes in a photograph can work wonders... the blurred background to the left of the image echoes the shape of his tie, and similarly the curved path behind him echoes the flower in his lapel. These little things add so much to the success of an image, giving it more 'depth' and significance. Really good.
