We have a balloon event in my community every summer. This is the first balloon of this shape that I had seen, and this year, we had two. I was crewing for another balloon, so I didn't get an opportunity to see this balloon up close before the launch. I would like to know how he's suspended. Last year there was a round shaped balloon with the pilot sitting astride the propane tank. Seems like a scary thing to do, but I'm sure it's safe.

Surely that is not a common balloon dear Naomi, beautiful image and...hey...there is no basket??? Only a seatting man...????? Amazing, very good shot, original!
