About	Made this B&W and then give it a blue tone Some might say its now a colour image but in my opinion Im going to say monotone as only one tone was used

Again this is a wonderful picture - I like the way you have got the parking sign in the foreground. I see from a comment on the other view of it that you took it in blue monochrome. Very interesting.
