Wicked job Eb. I can't imagine how many tries you had at this to get a good one. Just love digital for that! The color and composition are just great. I like your bug series you are developing.....obsessive brings results but is hard on relationships...lol....i would know.

Thanks Joggie! Unfortunately the flyer lacks some sharpness. I just can't work with a tripod when pursuing such elusive subjects! But, handholding 500mm at 1/125 sec. is difficult. Last few days, I have been experimenting with this 300mm. lens and flash mounted to the inverted mounting foot. Using a small extension tube (instead of the TC,) I can get 32 in. working distance and 1:2 magnification. I am prepared..., as soon as the weather improves! Eb
