Hi, Suzanne, this is beautiful with the soft motion effect ... and the lighting helps makes the figure stand out from the background.
However, I have one concern. It looks like your auto-focus shifted to the background, because of the moving figure. It is disappointing when this happens, but if you are shooting wide open it is more critical and you are better off using manual focus.
It might also help to change the shutter speed to 1/200 to totally stop the action.

You've captured her grace and strength. I like the motion blur on the leg and the straight line they produce as well as the muted colours.
