Shoja.
1. Select Save for Web. Then click on Image Size tab.
2. In Preset box, select JPEG, Maximum, Quality 100 and Progressive checkbox checked.
3. Under Image Size, Quality - Bicubic Sharper, Constrain Proportions checkbox checked.
4. Eibaar Ht/Width er mdohye maximum take koma in steps on NOT MORE THAN 200 pixels.
5. Hoye gele save as JPEG.
LAST, but not the least, open in PS again, Filer/Sharpen/Unsharp Mask, with radius <1 and amount <=30 !!
Kore uplaod kore dekh. Tarpor janash !

Yes Parthada .. i always had problems with UF sharpness. if i don't sharpen the thumbnail looks dull .. if i sharpen (light) .. the pic looks oversharpened.
