Thanks Dave...the night shot was taken from the Pan de Azucar , the other very famous hill at Rio. In fact from each one you can see the other easily but far away.I am attaching a picture from Pan de Azucar where you can see ( difficult because of distance but it is at the right up end side in the hills) the El Corcovado Hill and on top the Cristo Redentor ( a cross type ).
Hope you can see it.

I like the point of view you've chosen here, Alberto, and the sky behind the statue makes it stand out very well. Is this where you took the night shot from?

Gracias Gustavo...es una de las muy pocas posibilidades de tomar la foto...una por la ubicacion del sol cuando tomas la foto y la otra por la altura de 13 pisos del Cristo....enorme...!!
