Hi Andre!
The intention was much the same for keeping some things in focus while having others under motion blur. I have the impression that this one is technically spoken a better attempt for that intention than the other one. It must have been the lower speed of the train on this one that kept the houses at the depth better in focus.

Hi Nick, This one has many similar elements to the "Despite the Red Light Image" In this case I think the non blurred houses and buildings certainly add to the sensation of speed in the image. I like both of them equally. Andre
