Thanks Dave, That's a nice way to put it.
I like your way of thinking my friend.
Take it easy.

Too bad about your camera, Yamil, but it may turn out to be a "happy accident" when you get the new one! In the meantime these are great "old" shots. Spectacular detail in this one with the drops of water on the duck's back.
Dave.

Hi Fred,
Thank you for your interest.
Yesterday afternoon I was shooting with Marcus Armani and I got Err 99 on my camera. This basically means that the shutter is dead. I understand they are rated for about 100,000 clicks, however anecdotal evidence is somewhere between 50000 & 100000 clicks.
I must have easily over 150,000 in the last 2 and half years.
I am going to send it to Canon and hopefully will be good for another 100,000 clicks.
In the mean time, I am going to buy a 30D and keep my 20D (after is fixed) as a second body. You never know when the shutter will wear out and I don’t want to get caught out of guard.
Now, I need to get the 30 D before I leave for Costa Rica on November 16th.
What a pain, I wasn’t expecting to spend $1000.
Regards.
Yamil

Yamil: So sad. What has happened to your camera? This is a wonderful image as usual. The water droplets are very sharp.
