About These birds are soooo hard to get a good shot of them as they are forever flitting around feeding on the flowers etc. Could'nt beleive it when I found these two. The pic is as I've taken it as I didnt have time to muck around with settings etc.

Thanks Tone, yep those were the days alright. Every single time I see a Tui or Kowhai it takes me back to that wonderful tree!!

Cool shot sis. I think I need a bigger lens to get a shot of one of them. Cant quite see that far from here. Hehe. Remember when they used to be in the Kowhai Tree in the middle of the front lawn every summer? Those were the days aye.

Well done since you weren't ready to catch these fella's... Shooting birds is on my list to tackle very soon. I have a couple of nice lens', but never have taken the time to try it.

I guess I should get them out and start practicing... ;)
