The quality of focus and lighting is very nice here, Avi! The portrait did win much by turning it to B&W. It has much of the character of a documenting type of image but without losing its expressive power of the moment you chose to shoot.
I would say that the DoF is just about perfect. The whole face and the hair in focus and nothing else. A very strong separation form the background! I am especially astonished by the exactness of skin texture and the tiniest details on hair!

Ok, her eyes and her character is stronger in b/w and dof is better, no tones distractions, excellent ... but she did look like a girl on previous one :) LOL
