Amy, thanks for telling me. I didn't realize this effect could be achieved by using a slow shutter speed. I'll have to try this.

Thanks Mary, but no star filter was used....just a tripod and a very slow shutter speed

The star filter really makes this attractive ancd inviting. This makes mw want to take a liesurely stroll down this street.
