Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Gustavo!
A bit too chaotic as a composition, I guess, but still I see what you mean about focus.
Cheers,
Nick

Oh, I did comment on that one of yours, Painsama, and it was (and still is) really great work for me - much better than mine, since you used the light much more efficiently for creatin atmosphere.
Cheers,
Nick

Thanks a lot for the nice comment and the link to your image, to which I go right away.
You are absolutely right, it is quite hard to keep the natural look of disorder on the one hand, and at the same time to provide some a appearance of it on the image. I guess too that it has to do with some visual "simplication", so still i try to get it right.
Cheers,
Nick

If I take a shot in the grasses, then the only thing to expect is that it is never the "right angle" or the "right focus", Gabriela, so your "hint" is just about as useful as to give vitamine pills to Hulk.
Sorry, no real discussion here.
Cheers,
Nick

Considering the time to post them, Olga Melissa, son't expect me to post images that I shot some days agon. No, they have to mature in my mind first, and this can take years, you know.
And then, are you sure that it snows "EVERYWHERE" as you said? A small trip to Australia's coasts might convince you of the opposite. Don't be too quick with such comments.
About the image itself now, it is surely common and nothing of some special value. Biut this is any image of just nature. It has to be common because nature *is* common, so I guess anything natural we shoot is never going to get some spectacular look, or else it is not nature at all.
Not to say that I like the image so much, though. It has many problems that I am going to discuss with anybody caring for such matters.
Cheers,
Nick

Muy bonita y lograda, dos planos bien diferenciados, en fondo correctamente desenfocado y la trama de florcitas en el frente con muy buen enfoque...
Bravo!

This picture reminds me of the days when I was obsessed with weeds: http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1075280
Weeds are wonderful subject, but somehow I find the subject to be tricky to capture. How to simplify such disorderliness?
My best regards.

But if you take a shot in the grasses - unless it is a macro - you'd always a busy background!Try more angles and focus differently and you might get something to satisfy you. Gabriela

Summer?GRASS ;) ok, my image is also about summer, so , it's ok even if it snows like...EVERYWHERE! My opinion about this photo...hm....firstly, it is too common , secondly it has great colors and tones, finally ...I saw it because it is yours...otherwise I wouldn't have noticed it. DX 200% (deiktis xolis) :)
