I Love so much about this shot. The colors of your subject are SPOT on. The diagonal of the Leaf are fantastic. And the Dark black Background pulls it all together!

Dear Rajib,
The real magician is Nature and off course, the Canon Engineers.
With a 100 mm F/2.8 and the ring flash, MT-24EX - macros are relatively easy.
For these shots I use manual mode, ISO 100, auto focusing and aperture values over 16.
And if you have somebody pointing with a flash to the subject is even better.
