The light of the twon is really well managed in this igth shot. I'm agree with Riccardo concerning the effet of the moon.
Anyway this is a nice composition.

I'm not an expert but if I was, I would try to cancel some noise in the sky. The moon looks too artificial. Maybe you already did, but I would try with multiple exposure and HDR technique, supported by Photoshop CS3, Photomatix ot some other software.
