Howdy Andy! Yes. Well seen. The snow is a tad blown out... I think that is because of the severe resizing I had to do to make the image qualify. The original does not have that bit of burn... and the large tree in the upper left has some very distinct and subtle maple/mahogany color to the leaves.

I'll think about that... Cubs took a bashing. They won their division then got arse-kicked in the first round of the playoffs. Hey! Wait till...ummm... This Year!!! Side note... MM got me a very cool Christmas present. She found a replica 1908 Cubs World Series baseball cap... and for Christmas she gave me a piece of paper with the image of the hat printed on it... seems it will be 4-6 weeks for delivery. I am pretty certain there will be a pic or two when it arrives.

Hi Jim.
I was attracted by the composition of this one. I like the contrast of the construction of two types of fences. That is a great idea of Roger's to go back for all four seasons.
The only thing I could find the slightest bit of fault with here is that on my monitor the snow seems a little blown out on the other side of the steel fence.

beautifully framed Jim great shot lovely quiet scene.. I'll set you a task to photograph this scene in all the four seasons... might make an interesting series.. speakin of series what happened to the Cubs??
