About	The Monongehela Incline, Pittsburgh, PA. I was going for a old BW effect along with playing with a distortion filter in PS to make it look like a picture off an old BW tv. I used a rendered light in PS to highlight the sign. This picture actually started as a color shot taken on a cloudy overcast day.
