oh my GOD! what a beautiful woman...now THAT I call a model Paul... excellent, great way of pose, great lighting, great body, great face...great great great... and lot of envy too hahahahaha.... kidding, sorry, but I'm really love to have a model like her for a couple of shots... and perchaps a cup of coffee...
ok... about the shot, I could ask for more 'air' at the right of the frame, just not cut the hand like that as you get her very nicely tight into the frame...just an idea only, a taste of mine, the photo is excellent of course!

Sexy babe, sexier dress, nice skin, nice lighting, good expression....... what were Oscar Wilde's last words on his death bed when he saw the horrible wall paper of the Paris apartment he was in? "Either this wall paper goes or I do"? Luckily, he was no where near the sofa in the shot - lol.......Very nice shot all around (sans Sofa) 7+

Well, this is a 2-light setup, with a large soft box above her to the camera's right. The other light is a soft source upper left of camera, behind her.

If you mean skin, that's just her amazing body.
I did use a little surface blue in CS3, but I usually try to keep their skin looking real.
