The strengths of this photo are the colors and the quality of light. It has the hues of mother of pearl, and what looks like chromatic distortion, which is perfect for the results. This was a good day to photograph because of the haze, which allows it to soften the more distant objects for perspective. I really like the viewpoint. Even as a 2 dimensional, I still get a strong feeling of depth, that as I mentally come closer to the buildings, they seem massive.

The Barrel distortion can be a problem in some shots. I guess That I could play with it in Photoshop to straighten it up but I though that I would leave it to add a little more interest in the image and retain the maximum detail in the shot

This is an interesting series, this image with the boats in the foreground particularly show the difference between the areas closer to you and the amount of haze over the buildings. Lovely colour you picked up off the sea. Not easy to take. Have you noticed how the F707 seems to do something wierd to the perspective of buildings? Look at the angles of the towers to the left, right and centre. A source of endless frustration to me with mine.
