I, like this picture and your story. I was on Blue River on day just walking around , it was in the fall, then I was a little ways away from what I though looked like a monster, I when't a little closer to see what it was, but still didn't get to close, I even hit my own self to see if I was seeing what I though I was, well I when't closer only to see it was a shape that the leaves had made. haha... well from now on, when I watch that plant I'll run as fast I can away from it... :-D
to be real I don't know it's name but it was dead, in the middle to the land and it was all brown, at the top there was lot of small parts like that one, but no other has that excactly shape... that was a one in a million photo for me, as that was my first shot on that plant, after that no other part has that angly shape...
